เลือกระดับความท้าทายของเนื้อหาที่เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียน
สมองเรียนรู้และจดจำได้ดีในภาวะที่มีความท้าทายที่เหมาะสม ครูโบว์จึงปรับระดับความยากง่ายของหลักสูตรให้เหมาะกับผู้เรียน และ ค่อยๆปูพื้นฐานไปทีละขั้น เนื้อหามีความท้าทายเพื่อให้เกิดความกระตือรือร้น และแต่ไม่ยากจนเกินไปจนเกิดความตึงเครียด เนื่องจากเนื้อหาในวิชาภาษาอังกฤษและคณิตศาสตร์นั้นมักจะต่อยอดมาจากพื้นฐานก่อนบทก่อนๆ ครูโบว์จึงเน้นให้นักเรียนได้มีโอกาสทำความเข้าใจเนื้อหาไปทีละส่วนๆ อย่างเข้าใจก่อนที่จะเรียนรู้ในส่วนถัดไป

เด็กๆ มีส่วนร่วมในการเรียนตลอดทั้งคลาสเพื่อส่งเสริมให้เด็กๆ ได้มีโอกาสทำความคุ้นเคยกับเนื้อหา และนำสิ่งที่เรียนมาประยุกต์ใช้ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว เช่น สวมบทบาทเป็นคุณครูเพื่ออธิบายเนื้อหาหรือแบบฝึกหัด ตั้งโจทย์คณิตศาสตร์แล้วแก้โจทย์ด้วยตัวเอง วาดภาพเพื่อแก้โจทย์ปัญหาคณิตศาสตร์ ใช้คำศัพท์หรือไวยากรณ์ที่ได้เรียนแต่งประโยคเล่าเรื่องของตัวเองหรือเล่าเรื่องตามจินตนาการ แปลบทความเป็นภาษาไทยและอธิบายให้ครูโบว์ฟัง
บรรยากาศในการเรียนที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้
ครูโบว์พยายามสร้างบรรยากาศในคลาสให้นักเรียนเรียนอย่างมีความสุข โดยเลือกใช้สื่อการสอนที่มีสีสันและภาพประกอบที่สวยงามเพื่อให้เด็กๆ รู้สึกเพลิดเพลินในการเรียน และพยายามสร้างบรรยากาศที่ผ่อนคลายแต่ตื่นตัว ให้กำลังใจในคลาสเรียน คลาสดำเนินไปอย่างกระตือรือร้นแต่ไม่รีบร้อนเพื่อให้เด็กๆ มีเวลาในการทำความเข้าใจเนื้อหาแต่ละส่วนได้อย่างเต็มที่
